"Utah could not be the best managed state without your professionalism, innovation and commitment" said the Governor Gary R. Herbert as he presented the Governor's Awards for Excellence to the State of Utah twenty-seven employees last year. Among the recipients, was Ben Koffi Djagba who is known for his love for people, to humanitarism and his passion for Social Justice.
Koffi Djagba is known by refugees to be a tough Case Manager. He rides his refugees to get jobs, to learn English. He does not coddle them, and he doesn't give anything away.
"I am very tough on them, because I have to be," said Djagba, who is from the African country of Togo. Add a comment
